      Before starting this session i am going to ask one question . I have one pen in my hands . i am going to ask you that if i am touching this pen or not , you will say that i am touching but the same question if you ask to me i will not touch the pen interesting know . Even if you sit in chair you will not touch the chair . you will float on chair . If you want to know this you have to learn about ATOM . The all objects in the world are made up of atom even you , i , and this computer or phone are made up of matter . Atom came from a Greek word called atomos . what is atom ? I have one A4 sheet if i cut it  half the atoms will be cutted half further i cut into more pieces at one point i cant cut the paper that is called as atom . Atoms are very very small we cant see it , for example imagine that the atom is in shape of grape , in this situation can you tell the actual size of the shape . the size of the grape is of world . now you can get an idea how little is atom . in atom there are 3 particle  in atom Electron , proton , neutron . the core of the atom is nucleus . In this nucleus neutrons and protons will be there . Imagine that one atom is like a cricket stadium in this situation do you know what the nucleus size is . in the center of the big stadium if you keep one single rice in the stadium . That is the size of the nucleus . In the same way electron is very small than the nucleus think that a small particle smaller than rice revolve around the stadium . In the same way electron will revolve around nucleus orbit . The space between the electron or neutron are empty space . proton - proton will repel , electrons - electrons repel . Electron proton will attract . Lets come to the question why we cannot touch the anything because both are made up of atoms . We know that atoms outer layer has  electron . when we try to touch the object , in atomic level the atoms will try to touch the object the outside electron will repel it . technically 2 objects cannot touch anything but when we try to touch the object the electrons repel force makes your nerves  feel like touching .
